  Came in on the 27/7/2017 @ 12:43pm. Ordered a large chai latte and a sausage & egg mcmuffin. The mcmuffin came through fine- in 3 minutes. However- there were immense problems with the chai order. The staff In charge of coffees initially made the wrong order- gave me a flat white instead. When I returned it to her, no apology was offered. I then waited another 20 minutes before I approached the staff member and asked what had happened to the order. I was then told quite rudely that she had 'called out the order' and that if I had any issues, I should bring it up with her manager. She then reluctantly made another chai and took another 5 minutes doing so.
  Another observation- the staff at this McDonald's lack training and customer service. They seemed to be more interested in conversing amongst themselves rather loudly than actually serving customers. As a customer, I just want a decent level of service. I'm NOT INTERESTED in hearing what the staff did last night or what car they are driving!
